Returned Goods Policy All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and must be unopened and undamaged. RMA numbers are obtained from InHealth Customer Service. Products must be returned in unopened packages, with manufacture's tamper evident packaging intact to be accepted for replacement or credit. Products will not be accepted for replacement or credit if they have been in possession of the customer for more than 14 days. Special order products are non-returnable.
