Introducing the InHealth Technologies® Medicare Assignment Program

We've always accepted Medicare. But now we have developed a new program to simplify the process and offer patients unique advantages. It's called the InHealth Technologies Medicare Assignment Program. Now there's no need for patients to submit a claim and wait for reimbursement. InHealth Technologies submits all the paperwork and Medicare reimburses us directly.

Patients are only responsible for the co-payment. If they have secondary insurance, they may even be covered for that too! Please contact our Customer Service department. If you are current customer and eligible for Medicare, there is nothing else for you to do. We will update your account so that it is all set to go the next time you order.

A step-by-step guide to enrolling in the InHealth Technologies® Medicare Assignment Program

Thanks to this exciting new program, we deal with Medicare so patients don't have to. There's no need for patients to submit a claim and wait for reimbursement. InHealth Technologies submits all the paperwork, and Medicare reimburses us directly. Patients are only responsible for their co-payment.

There are two simple ways for patients to enroll.

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

1. Complete a prescription form. Download our prescription form if you need one.
2. Fill out and return the Patient Enrollment form. You can find it online here.
3. Send it all in! Don't forget to send in a copy of both front and back of your primary and secondary insurance card, if you have one. Please fax to our secure line at 734-354-5757, our toll-free fax at 888-371-1530, or email us at medicare@inhealth.com.
4. Call us and let us know that you want to sign up: 800-477-5969, option 2.

FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

There's no additional paperwork! Just call our Customer Service team to let them know you want to enroll. Please give us 24-48 hours to process your enrollment. We also ask that you sign up before you place your next order so it will be ready for you!
