    BILL MURIN
    is a patient consultant team member, but has been supporting patients as a certified patient volunteer at the James Comprehensive Cancer Center at Ohio State University for over three years. Bill lives in Parkersburg, West Virginia.    		Bill Murin

     


    JANICE HAYES
    has been a patient consultant with InHealth Technologies since January 2014. She is our lead patient consultant.  Janice has served as President, Vice-President, and on the board of the Greater Atlanta Voice Masters for 21 years. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where she is a realtor.      		Janice Hayes

     


    RITA KINNEY

    She underwent a laryngectomy in 1993 and was an active member of the Santa Clara County Lost Chord Club. She was President of the club from 1995 until 2020, when she and her husband retired and moved to Aptos, California. Before her move, she also led the Santa Clara CAL Conference in San Jose in 1998. Rita enjoys traveling, playing bridge, and pickleball. She is excited to join the InHealth team and share her experience with others. She lives in Northern California.

    PETER LEMUS

    He became a laryngectomee in 2023.  Peter is actively involved in the laryngectomy community via social media laryngectomy support groups.  He lives in Orange County, CA, with his wife. Peter is our newest patient consultant, and we are thrilled to have him on our team.

    VERONICA BELTRAN
    Patient Liaison

    Veronica Beltran serves as the Patient Liaison for InHealth Technologies, supporting a dedicated team of Patient Consultants and the broader laryngectomy community. With over 15 years at InHealth, she brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and emotional aspects of the patient journey.

    Veronica holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of La Verne, which shapes her compassionate, patient-first approach. She actively connects with patients through Virtual Happy Hours, voice clubs, and community events—creating meaningful spaces for education, support, and shared experiences.

    For more than 13 years, Veronica has been a trusted advocate for laryngectomy patients, helping individuals navigate their care with confidence. Her commitment to the community was recently recognized by the Texas Laryngectomy Association, honoring her impactful work and ongoing dedication.
